Risk Factor Prevalence of Late Onset Preeclampsia in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya

Introduction: Preeclampsia is a condition of hypertension that occurs after 20 weeks gestation, followed by the detection protein in urine sample, and one major causes maternal mortality. It categorized, based on time into 2-stage are early late-onset. One more accessible tools diagnosing also preventing preeclampsia its risk factors. The aim this study was to observe appearance some factors patients with late-onset allow better approach said comorbidities.Methods: This descriptive observational study. sample used 35 diagnosed Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya from January December 2016.Results: Among preeclampsia, obesity (65.71%) appeared most. Maternal age (37.15%) primigravida (28.57%) second third places. Chronic only 6 (17.14%) patients, whereas multiple pregnancies 3 (8.57%). Both history previous diabetes mellitus once (2.86%).Conclusion: Obesity has most primigravida.
